Ozro Hepworth's yoga journey started with a simple question. “Where should I go for vacation?” That’s when he decided to go to the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat.
Prior to his re-discovery of yoga – in this lifetime; he worked as a massage therapist on some of the most popular cruise ships in the world.
His travels brought him to the place where the dormant seeds of his past yogic practices where reawakened.
This newly, revitalized passion for yoga remains with him to this day. Like the yogis of old, Ozro received his training at a genuine, full immersion, yoga ashram. His training included...
...that was just a brief summary of the training. Most of what he learned came from the hands on experience of living the yogic life.
Following a month of discovering the ways of Raja or Royal Yoga, he received his certification as a Hatha Yoga Teacher from the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta in May 2005.
Jumping ahead a few years, Ozro moved to Los Angeles, CA in July 2007. Like most people new to LA, it took some time getting use to the ebb and flow of that wild, yet alluring city.
After scoping things out a bit, he started teaching yoga at a local Sivananda Yoga Center...
...in May 2008, he began receiving meditation training from the Ananda Los Angeles Center.
Since then, he has been practicing and refining the meditation techniques he learned from Ananda LA.
Through the cultivation of a meaningful meditation practice, Ozro understanding of yoga grew.
"The more you understand yourself: your mind, your body, the energy flowing in the body, and the dynamic connection between them all...
...the more you understand life itself. The opportunity to teach yoga is an honor, and I intend to share what I can to help others discover their true self, their true peace."

The inspiration came to him while doing research on how to building his personal website...
...one of the key elements he wanted to add to his website was an online yoga class page. This page would have a variety of classes and styles. The classes would be for beginners and advanced students a like.
As the concept grew, he realized that another key element to a meaningful yoga practice, is the group element. The interaction with like minded people.
If he just focused on the creating the online yoga page, the students that decided to participate would have missed out on quite a bit.
So Ozro decided to take the yoga studio model and is doing his best to transform it into an online yoga studio experience.
Being that Yoga-Poses-Online-Yoga-Studio.com is still an it's infancy, there is a lot a room for growth and refinement...
...and you can play a small part in that growth and refinement, that is if you wish to do so.
Aum Shanti
